Jeff is an excellent teacher/trainer. He's very knowledgeable. Crossfit is so much fun, it's addicting. If your wanting to tone up, get stronger, increase your endurance & have good range of motion/mobility then crossfit is what your looking for. Crossfit is for anyone, every move can be modified to your ability.
