I was having trouble with dust accumulation and need a good cleaning. Steven was not only thorough, he took the time to explain everything to me and was so professional, timely, kind, and courteous. He communicated when he would arrive and was on time, he was very focused, and I felt very satisfied. He was very easy to work with and I'd recommend him for sure. Chris and Levon were extremely sweet, professional, punctual, funny, and really know their stuff! They do a great job explaining the technical aspects of what they do in a way you’re able to understand and what options you have to further meet your expectations. You can tell they really look into each customers needs. The house smells clean, the carpets look great. We will absolutely be returning customers and sharing the e person with with our friends and family. If only all service reps were this wonderful the world would be a much more awesome place.
