Dr McCollum and his staff were very welcoming, knowledgable, and eager to help. He even performed a small adjustment during the initial introduction which has had noticeable effects! They made you have to come back on a regular basis....also they only worked on the spine and only did 3 manipulations on the spine per visit. That's sucky! I had a chiropractor previously who not only worked on the spine but also worked on the leg, arms, neck anywhere I needed it. Not just adjustments, he did acupressure massage etc unfortunately he moved to Idaho that's why I thpught to give McCollum a try but no..thank...you

It was a huge sales pitch, the discount given was only to make you start by sitting through a commercial... literally. They set you in a room and you watch a commercial. Then they look at you and your spouse for free. Of course even your spouse who didn't have issue before coming is found to have issue. Their x-rays show things like you have a bend in your spine when you bend your head forward, looks like you need multiple adjustments defiantly more than you've paid for already otherwise it won't work at all. Your spouse who only was looked at, now develops back pains never felt before after leaving because the dr. pushes on the spin, if this was only an accident then he really doesn't know.
