Arrive early to fill out paperwork. The time in session with Phoenix flies by. Dress comfortably and come in with an open mind.

great technique and knowledge, definitely helped me to see, take care off and address the unbalanced hip flexion. Sore after sessions means good and deep approach, seeing and feeling the results already.
