Awesome classes !! Every class the instructor changes it up so you never get bored and you’re constantly working different muscles. The instructor is very attentive in making sure we are safe and doing the exercises correctly and at our own pace. Would 100% recommend this studio. I’m going to continue taking classes here indefinitely !!!
