First time at a crossfit class. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The instructor Brent explained all of the exercises and ensured everything was going ok throughout. Felt very comfortable and welcome!

Great crossfit box with a very tight but friendly community. The coaches truly pay attention to form and make sure you preform all lifts safely. I highly recommend Crossfit Forgiven

The CrossFit forgiven location in Plymouth is a great location. Initially during the OnRamp classes the trainer paid a lot of attention to me. The people working out at the location are all friendly and you get the feeling of being part of a team. People working out there like to help each other and you learn often more from them then from the trainers. The only downside is that the rates of the location are not really publicly posted/available. It gives you the feeling that there are deals with every individual that might be different to yours.

Come with an open mind. I worked with one of the owners and he was wonderful!

Everyone is very nice and friendly. My friend and I had no idea what we were doing. They explained it well and answered all the questions we had.

Great experience. This was my first CrossFit experience ever. Brent was patient and worked with all the newbies. Would recommend CrossFit forgiven to anybody that wants to try it.
