About Metro Cheer and Dance

Though they each lead different activities, from tumbling and cheerleading to hip-hop dance, the coaches and staff at Metro Cheer and Dance are all really teaching the same thing. Not only do kids learn to love physical activity, they also learn the value of hard work and practice, especially if they go on to participate in one of the many national competitions the center takes part in each year.
