We took over and established a space that needed to be reinvented. We strive for perfection daily using only the finest quality ingredients,from fresh breads delivered daily too our meats & produce. Our Chef has 20 years experience. As an owner I directed my food passion into a vision that I began 10years ago to transform a one time bar into everyday comfort food / gastro-pub twist into what I call Gastro Grub. Specials are run daily usually influenced by the season. Winter brings on hearty soups & one pot meals were as Summer brings in fresh dishes infused with colors of seasonal produce & fruits. From salsa's created with watermelon & cucumber or Ahi-Tuna garnished w/ mango, ginger & fresh herbs. We have New Plans on finally doing the exterior of this buildings to compliment and appeal too the theme of its menu & vibe. p.s. this is by no means a biker bar & has the most versed group of people & yes characters that have been our pleasure to serve and are truly considered family.
