VIttorio's Pizza Bistro's staff embraces tradition, from its brick-oven-fired pizzas with crusts prepared fresh daily to the gingham tablecloths reminiscent of classic pizzerias. In the kitchen, cooks decorate the pies with traditional sausage and pepperoni, and can also add more inventive ingredients such as buffalo chicken or taco-style toppings. Each pizza can be ordered sans sauce or cheese, and gluten-free or whole-wheat crusts are available as well. And though pizza is in the name, it's not the restaurant's only specialty. Celebrating several regions of Italy, the dishes on the chicken, veal, and seafood menu include such staples as veal marsala, chicken cacciatore, and shrimp scampi.
