Only went to one class but that is all I needed to know I was hooked. Staff were all very welcoming. Great class. It will definitely help me reach my fitness goal.
About Shape Up Kickboxing
Self-defense classes for kids and adults are the focus for this martial arts academy. During HapKiDo classes black-belt instructors lead the students through self defense techniques that are designed to boost confidence, improve focus, and avoid the high price of bodyguards.
