So far I've had a wonderful experience, the staff is very friendly.

My son & I both had laser hair removal. His was on his thighs and mine was my underarms. I have never had professional laser hair removal before and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the process. Everything was well explained and the procedure was fairly quick with just mild discomfort but no pain. It could have been turned up more, but I chose to keep it at a certain level. My son is very self conscious about the amount of hair he has and has been shaving but has a lot of bumps and cuts. She was so great with making him feel comfortable. The office is clean and efficient and scheduling was really easy. I initially had to reschedule the appointment due to a conflict but was able to get in the next week with no issues. I would definitely recommend Alternative Medi-Spa.

Christina was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have worked with her years ago and she is still great. Will be going back.
