It was a quick, painless appointment. I was in and out!

The Dr. wasn't the friendliest, but the assistant, Yolanda, who I saw the second time was much friendlier. She explained exactly what she was doing and spent about 15 more minutes on me than the actual doctor. When I saw the doctor, I was only in there for about 5 minutes tops.... I didn't feel like I was getting the best service with him.

The staff was EXTREMELY rude. I rarely saw the doctor. Treatments were rushed and I feel that they were done incorectly because I saw no results. I would never go back, this was a big waste of money.

Staff seemed inexperienced.

The aesthetician who saw me was quite abrupt and rude. She took one look at me, told me I was too dark and coudnt get it done.(I am southeast asian). I mentioned to her that two dermatologists had recommended the IPL for the dark spots on the face which is why I purchased the coupon and she told me i should go to them in that case.
