I would have appreciated if there was more detail in the original add to understand exactly what you were getting. It did not include what I would typically consider standard in a pedicure. They tried to up sell to add these services. We didn't bite. The service we got was very good and the girls waiting on us did a great job; however, it wasn't until we were done that it was explained that this type of polish needs to be soaked off and will not remove with simple polish remover. This also should have been part of the original ad or the description of the service on the website. Would not have ordered if I had realized this catch.

This is the description, one would think you would get a mimosa to drink, apparently that was the oil and not a drink. One couple’s massage package: mimosas, oil massage, and head massage for two. Every massage I have ever had included legs, feet and arms. We only got a back massage and a head massage. When we asked if we could use the receipt for our work massage benefits we were told no as it was only a coupon, I found that rude as we still paid for the service.
