Be more upfront about extra fees service was good but some warning would have been nice

The hairdresser did not listen to my request..and cut my hair the same way as the mistake I was trying to fix.

I felt the additional $10 charge for long hair was unreasonable. I was advised over the phone when booking the appointment that this fee may be waived (since I was just getting a trim), but it was not. As a result, the haircut was the same price as my usual salon. Also, the owner of the salon was unprofessional and used inappropriate language.

It wasn't a spa at all. It was a hairdresser who had an aesthetician in a room right beside him and it was very noisy. His kids were running around and screaming and there was no privacy at all. It was very noisy and that is not what you expect at a spa

Towels are old and frayed. Surrouundings are mediocre. Mani and pedi are not as thorough as others I have had.
