Range in good condition - good for hitting off grass.

DRIVING RANGE COULD USE A LITTLE WORK FOR THE PRICE AND GOLF MATTS BEING BEHIND THE GRASS RANGE AREA IS DANGEROUS. oN HOT DAYS HAVE A CART PERSON TO HELP PEOPLE UP # 16 HILL!!
