Great way to try this club to see if you like it. I love it. it has everything including an indoor track which is great when you cannot walk or run outside. Great staff and perfect location.

I git a great deal on the four point Sheriton in Niagara Falls. There are always great deals to be found. Also take advantage on there $10 off coupons when they haveit.

Great gym, lots of space, upper level is a bit more private for the shy. Fun classes. Full size pool with lots of open swims. Can even bring your family on certain Sundays of the month.

It's an awesome gym with lots of equipment. It's very bright and clean. I'm really enjoying it there. I haven't taken any of the classes yet.
