took 7 weeks to get a dvd and 1 picture. not able to get anyone at the phone number and very hard to get a reply by email. pictures were ok. but not cropped or centered and nothing done with them like sepia or black and white. also no name stamp on the pics. i was disappointed and wont recommend johnathan to anyone. could of done a better job myself honestly.

The photographer was nice, but the pictures weren't very good. In many of the pictures that included more than one person, only the person closest to the camera was in focus.

I think John was great!! He was good with my kids and very friendly. I do not know how my pictures will be though because I have not seen them yet. It looks like it is a month wait to see them and that is not great. It is a long time to wait when you are excited to see the pictures.
