They are apparently very short staffed right now so getting an appointment is not easy. Then when you make the appointment they tell you they are going to remind you about the appointment. Then they don't remind you, and if you forget (because you're pregnant and live a busy life) they charge you for the appointment without ever contacting you. Horrible business. DO NOT GO THERE!
