The instructors are very knowledgeable and willing to help a true beginner. I was in a car accident many years ago which resulted in multiple surgeries and affected my ability to do just about everything. Although I have only attended a couple of the therapeutic classes, I have already noticed an increase in my mobility.

Immediately hooked! I have never taken Pilates classes before and was nervous because I had no experience with the equipment and am not particularly flexible/graceful. I had my first class yesterday with Desiree and it was wonderful. She made it easy to understand the equipment and took time to help me with the nuances of the different movements. I left already looking forward to my next class.
