You guys are GREAT! I must say I'm not sure if I would've came back so soon if you guys didn't reach out to me after the class Via email to see how I was doing and cared about my opinon on my first class. That truly showed me how dedicated you guys are and fitness and you care about others you come across. Not to many people would do what you guys are doing.

great owners.. great location perfect for locals but also out of town people... class sizes are just right 4-7 people at a time. not at all intimidating but very motivational. Love love love crossfit at this location!

While crossfit can be intimidating for someone who's never done it, the staff and regular members are very supportive and make the experience fun

I would highly recommend CrossFit Rockaway Beach for anyone who wants to get into ripping shape. Don't be intimidated if you are a beginner. They have an Elements of CrossFit, and an Intro to CrossFit class, both of which will instruct you regarding the basics. You are encouraged to work YOUR hardest, and not compete with anyone else, unless you choose to. Great asset to the community.
