Rebecca was so great and welcoming that it felt so natural to be there. I enjoyed the class very much. Its was led by trainer, Sara, and I can honestly say it motivated me ALOT! Looking forward to my next session. The setting was comfortable and I didn't feel like I was being judged by the way I look or by not being able to fully complete the workout.

Best experience ever. I attended all the women classes and all the coaches were amazing, pushed us and made the entire experience worth it. I’ll go again and recommend this class to everyone.
