About Kostal Paddle

A seasoned watersports enthusiast and founder of Kostal Paddle, J.M. Kostallas has transferred his wealth of aquatic knowledge to beachgoers all over the world. The certified lifeguard and waterman leads all inaugural paddleboarding lessons, which emphasize form and balance in a supportive environment with only a few students at a time. This hands-on approach allows his students to put their newfound skills to use in an eco-tour of the surrounding area or give paddleboard yoga a try.
