I really enjoyed the character of the employees, you can rest assured that these people are really passionate about their job. Everyone here seem really passionate about their customers pets, they knew their names and took the time to understand each of them. I opted for a self-wash and even so they gave me tons of advice on how best to wash and groom myself, specific to my baby's breed. They didn't have to do that, they could have totally just let me wash her not knowing any better. They are awesome, you can trust you will love LaunderPet.
