The atmosphere at DG Boxing 2 is fun, but we are serious about our boxing. Our gym provides fighters of all ages and experience levels instruction on the fundamentals of boxing, which include shadow boxing, footwork, head movement, bag work, and bodywork/conditioning. Our instructors train fighters for amateur and pro competition, but they also believe that boxing is an excellent avenue for fitness, self-defense, and building self-esteem. We also offer private boxing training at the gym and one-on-one mobile lessons at designated locations.
