Very professional approach, both as to setting the proper appointment, and preparing for the same. Also I received a very thorough education as what to expect with the treatment.

Super friendly staff. Very warm handoffs between clinician and esthetician. Very flexible scheduling and great customer service. One opportunity for improvement -- I bought an Obagi product there which has hydroquinone. My dermatologist, a prominent Stanford researcher on the effects of hydroquinone, strongly recommended against the use of the product. Although the esthetician at Image MD was highly knowledgeable, it would be helpful to talk to the MD there to discuss the pros and cons on the use of the product.
