Bought this for my parents, and my dad who isn't a very enthusiastic person LOVED it!!!! We were concerned that it may be difficult for my mother who has balance issues, and she had no problem at all and raved about it! Thank you for a great experience!!!

I wish they would sell multi-use coupons for even better discounts, so , for example, instead of renting a single one time 2-hour use, we could purchase 4 rentals or 7 separate rentals.
