When I showed up for appt the woman seemed confused like she wasn't expecting me.I found out that this was not Sonia whom i booked with. Sonia was away for the week.I was expecting to be asked about my age or my specific concerns about skin but wasnt. Also treatment was not explained to me. Knowing I was being seen in her home & that she was in the middle of a move I was not surprised about appearance. However there was no spa-like atmosphere at all. No music, candles etc. In fact the woman left her TV blaring from other room. As far as actual treatment & the effectiveness... It's too soon to tell. Perhaps when she moves into new place I will give it another try.
