Everyone was very professional! Dr. Osman was very detail oriented and wanted to ensure that the services were done perfectly. I am very pleased with my experience so far.

Very nice people but the waiting time was so long. I had treatment on a Tuesday,the only day the female Dr is there so if you prefer this be prepared to wait. Also no areas on my face for a vampire facial were discussed before hand & treatment was administered so quick I found it very painful & I had bruising which could of been avoided.

Do not go to this place!!! This is not a SPA... Do not go unless you want inexperienced people putting acids on your face. Went for a mild chemical peel and told the girl that I didn't want my skin to peel because I had an important date the day after. It was my first time doing a peel and didn't know it was the right thing for me. Despite the fact that their forms warned about having used Ratin A days before the procedure, the girl told me that it didn't matter that I had been using it up until that same day and suggested a 50 glycolic peel. The girl slathered the fluid all over my face... she left my face with a 2nd degree burn. Pain and terrible monster like blisters on my face.
