Nice place to relax, not much to do as a bigger spa would have but good enough for the price I would go again Everyone was nice!
It is a very nice intimate setting I took my boyfriend to this day spa for his birthday The receptionist was very nice to us and she was very down to earth with us which made our visit even more enjoyable I recommend this facility Living in NYC where everyone is on the go this spa is located only 2 stops of the R train out of Manhattan which was very convenient for us to getaway and relax
They are closed and no one answers phone ether
I went to the spa 2 times and was told that the owner had died and they did not know when or if they will open. I seems like I might have lost my money for the purchase. I have been calling the spa everyday and no one is there to pick up the phone.
Horrible!
We tried to call them for 2 months. No one pick up the phone. No one return the call. You can't show up without making the appointment but you can't make an appointment if no one pick up the call. This is a scam. Do not use this place.
answering the pbones will be useful
I went there on a Sunday they were closed I went there on Saturday and they were closed There were no signs or anything
The place is very small, they have the entrance door open the entire time which leads into the pool area, so any random person from the street could just walk in The bathrooms are small and hot, the shower had no pressure The towels they offer are tiny There was my group of 6 + 3 others and we were told to lower our voices because people were getting massaged
The spa needs alot of improvement. The bathroom and locker room is not as clean as it should be and their is no attention to detail. The pool and jacuzzi in the facility are very dirty. I could not even go in the pool that's how filthy it was.
They don't open on Memorial Day , and didn't give any notice about it If want to have fun go to castle spa much bigger and organized
