It is very "street" (not necessarily a bad thing) but the wellness center needs a facelift and the lockerrooms desparately need a makeover. When I get a massage, I expect to have an experience - it felt very disjointed and not welcoming - partly due to the massage therapist and partially due to the facilities. smoothies were great and Katie was nice.
