Great atmosphere. They were very friendly with my kids. But when we got there, she told us it's free on Friday!

We have tried multiple times to redeem this reward for the membership. We've given our contact information on two occassions, brought the paperwork in and have been told "we'll get in touch with you" but that hasn't happened.
