You should create a 2nd clubhouse on the other end of the track in the space currently not being used OR add it to the 2nd floor above the general entrance. Last couple times there, that section wasn't even open and I can't tell you the last time I saw that building on the far end being used. Your clubhouse is great...so capitalize on it and create a 2nd one.
