wonderful customer service, Kevin was very knowledgable of my really old system and made great suggestions as to how I can prolong the life of it, as opposed to others who would just keep saying "you need to replace this." I love that!

They kept in touch with me. He showed up on time, was considerate of coming in and out of my home. He gave a list of recommendations and was polite about making them. In others words he didn't shove it down my throat!

This was a ripoff... don't waste your money. McCarthy Services isn't interested in troubleshooting your system. All they want is to sell you expensive repairs or a new system in my case. Go with someone who will actually troubleshoot your system and provide a list of needed repairs like Snell Heating and Air. They did a fantastic job of troubleshooting my system and itemizing the list of repairs without wanting to sell me a new system.
