I enjoyed my visit to Crystal FitWell very much. The staff were extremely pleasant and explained all of the facilities to me. I never felt rushed to complete my trial visit. I was so excited that I signed up for a 10-visit package. Because my work is bi-coastal, when I returned to my office I realized that the times they are open did not work with my schedule for the next 4 months. I dreaded returning to the facility to cancel my purchase as I had previously belonged to other wellness facilities where there were high-pressure sales tactics used to gain and keep members. Imagine my surprise when I was quickly and politely provided with a refund and a pleasant wish that I might be able to return when my work brings me to California for a longer period of time! I can state unequivocally that this facility is not only state of the art and clean but it is run with the highest degree of integrity and concern for the customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

very personable....and willing to go the extra step for you (water, towel, they even lent me their own shirt when i didn't have one--didn't know to bring work out gear)

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, and the equipment is truly top-notch state-of-the-art. I feel confident that if I take advantage of the facility I will find myself in much better shape than I am now.
