I was excited to get a facial, but it was not as relaxing as I thought it would be, as the esthetician kept telling trying to upsell me with products and spa packages. Once I arrived at home, my skin looked still the same and no impurities were removed. The following week I used the skin products she recommended to buy, and i got the worst skin rashes for almost 5 days. I will not return to this place again.

I was extremely disappointed. The owner was very difficult to schedule with. She cancelled my appointment. Then when we had agreed on another time, 2 phone calls later, I thought we were set. Then, day of, she called me an hour before my appointment time demanding to know where I was! I rushed right over, arriving significantly before my scheduled time. She gave me a really crummy facial. At the end, I realized she had seriously stiffed me on time. I want a refund.
