Next day service and they were on time and finished the job quickly

They were very helpful, on time, and fixed my garage door very quickly. No complaints at all at this point. Would definitley refer them to someone else.

Repairman was more interested in selling me a new unit than fixing my old one.

I try to schedule 4 or 5 times and no one show up and I just ask for a refund!!!!

The installer was rude and needed some customer service classes. On the warranty call he stated it would be a certain amount where as the springs were covered. No way would I use this business again.

I posted a review on YELP. If I could have given my experience a negative rating I would have without hesitation. First appointment - technician was a no show. Rebooked appointment - another no show. Third appointment someone showed up. The price charged was ridiculous. I could have had a whole system purchased and installed and saved myself money in the process for what you charged. Bandits, the lot of you!

its a scam. they just want more money.

I had an appointment from 9-11am on Tuesday. The guy shows up at 11:40. He diagnoses the problem, gives an estimate and begins the work. He finds something else wrong, says he will fix it with a metal piece. After he leaves and charges us $300 on top of the voucher, the piece that he said would be metal was wood. The door is working fine now, the charges just seemed a bit steep and the work mildly spotty. The door is fixed, so I guess I'm satisfied.
