Great job on silks and woolens. Not so good with sweaters.

As much as I would like to like these guys, because the customer services is good, I can't say that I do because they ruined 5 of my garments. They came back with some weird pink dots. They took them back, but said that they could not do anything about them and they would compensate me for the garments (and kept my garments too). One huge bummer.
