I really enjoyed my experience, however the only thing I would note is that after making my appointment well in advance, I arrived at HOI twice to discover that they no longer had my RSVP nor any availability, even after I had called to confirm the second time (after my first experience). I drove from far away, so I was pretty upset and was not confident about future appointments I made since they had lost the previous 2. I would recommend anyone making appointments here to write down the name of the person they spoke with and call ahead several times to confirm- and confirming on the day of your RSVP, so you don't have to drive all the way down there to find they've messed up your RSVP.
