The instructors are all really motivating and upbeat, which helps distract from the pain of cardio. The facilities are also clean and there are sanitizing wipes for equipment before/after classes. Shoe rentals are $2 or you can bring your own shoes, and parking is free with validation. Overall, makes it super easy to make it to class and so worth it!

Melina is so much fun - so positive, encouraging and full of energy! She played great music with even better videos (ski and snowboard!). Anyone who ventures out from the tacky/dirty rap/hip hop music/music vids gets a huge high five from me! Can't wait to take her class again - even though I'll be sore for a week from this morning's!

John and staff are great. Super clean and the environment smells wonderful. The music was perfect and connected us all. Young, old, fit, fierce and a Lil flabby. We all had smiles on our faces as we departed this hot spot of energy. One should def invest in cycling shoes or borrow, for a fee, ones there. You will want to make this place your new fitness home. They even have yoga classes!
