He did an excellent job. He up told me to do a deep cleaning for a slight additional charge, but did not pressure me into doing so. I opted to do the deep cleaning and my carpets look amazing

Bate and switch scheme, when arrived they say carpet needs deep cleaning, steam cleaning doesn't work. Cost 133.00 more and only did 2 rooms instead of 4. Wish would have know before that steam cleaning doesnt work.

wanted MORE $ to complete the job. 2 hour window for arrival but was still late over an hour and a half. Argumentative. not helpful. scam. Was asked to pay another $360 to finish the job (partly) on top of the $100 already paid. The 'steam' clean was WATER ONLY- no cleaner, you pay extra for cleaner solution!
