I absolutely LOVE this place - very relaxing environment, few different treatments available - I've tried two kinds of massages and liked both. Recommend expect no less than 3-4 hours to spend in the spa to enjoy it fully.

Follow the rules. If you're not sure read the signs. If you're still not sure ask the staff. Don't wear your street shoes into the locker room. Shower before you enter the jacuzzi. If you go into the sauna, rinse the sweat before you go back into the jacuzzi. No clothes in the hot tub. No street shoes in the unisex common area. It's awesome because its clean. Rules are to maintain hygiene. Keep it that way and you'll be regarded as a human being.

I love the clay room.

Jade room and clay ball room is my favorite! The salt room is pretty but scorching hot to step on the rocks, even lay on them - so I caution you on that room. Love the cool down room, very helpful. Food is good but pricy. Very nice place to relax, but sometimes can get crowded and more noisy in co-Ed area. People talk on their phones in this area and it's so rude. People come here for some quiet time.
