Great customer service. Angela was extremely nice and listened to exactly what I wanted to do with my hair.

Angela was so nice. Really fun to talk to. Asked me lots of questions. I'm a rather quiet person. And I find it a little tiresome if a stylist wants to talk for 3 hours about herself. Angela asked me a lot about my life, and added things about hers. Nice give and take conversation. A very pleasant lady.

Needs to listen to client needs & implement the clients style instead of her own ideas. Keep to the Appointment time, she was always running late & was rushed.

They reschedule me 3 times and ended up I still waited for more than 20 minutes there. I only need to trim and do the oil treatment, it ended up just put some oil on my hair before blow dry (style), I did not really have a hair cut just trim the bottom, so total time is less than 30 minutes for me.

I asked for my hair to be layered and she only cut my bangs. I also had to remind her about the oil which she could not explain why it was good and only put a drop in my hair. My hair is extremely long so I don't think the oil ended up in any of my hair.

I didn't even know the Moroccan oil treatment was applied. Very little time was given to my cut and even my husband agreed my hair didn't look any better than when I left. I felt ripped off.
