I enjoyed the massage and I recommend Susan. Small place, several massage tables in one room divided by sheer curtains- not very private.

My dissatisfaction is more with the way it was promoted, not the service itself. The stock massage photo gave the impression that it would be a full massage. Instead, it was more like a Chinese foot massage with a bed instead of a chair. The staff was very nice and they added some nice touches. They had had to move between the first appointment I made and the massage I actually got so perhaps they weren't as settled as they could have been. I had initially asked for a female therapist and got a male instead. I had to tell him a couple of times to use more pressure which he did only minimally. Had I known what kind of massage I was getting, I would have set my expectations lower to begin with

Floors need to be cleaned. Every customer does not need to be told how expensive the tea is which they are consuming. Full body length sheets need to be layered on clients instead of small towels for warmth and privacy. The green chairs for feet washing need to be replaced with something comfortable. The couches need to be replaced with something less dirty and tacky.

I feel this place was too dark. The elderly man that I got had very dry hands that felt like sandpaper. I felt that the tip I gave was too much and was told that there was no change which I didn't believe.
