while quite friendly before the major purchase...once purchased and needed service the customer service representative was not very helpful. After making a 3000. purchase I expected more customer service. product is okay, it's organic but I needed some things corrected and they refused unless I paid another 400. and their complained about their costs. they just struck me as very friendly to make the sale, but not very customer oriented after making the sale.
