First time attending a hot yoga class, and not only was the instructor welcoming and informative, the clients were as well. Great experience. Definitely going back!

I felt very comfortable in the Bikram yoga class I took this week. The instructor was helpful, encouraging, and didn't make me feel awkward as a newbie.

Really nice, comfortable studio. I took hot barre with Meagan, and it was awesome! Staff was really helpful and nice. Can't wait to go back!
