do not be scared the coaches are very helpful and there al types of fitness levels there .

Everyone that is apart of Crossfit Regeneration is so helpful and kind. I felt comfortorable from the moment I walked in the door. They are supportive and encouraging!!!

I'm excited to go to some more classes and meet new people. Everyone is very supporting and encourages you to be your best self.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far and look forward to alot more.

As intense at it was, the instructor was very good about watching us all closely to ensure we were using proper form to avoid injury. If he found something was incorrect he would stop the person and coach them on proper form and technique. I am very pleased because this class truly is for all ages, boyd types and fitness levels. Each person's needs are taken into account and their workout is modified to their level.
