My mother and I each used one, and were supposed to have two technicians but ended up with the same one taking care of each of us. It was ok, but there was not a lot of explanation of the Glycolic - what it is, how it works, etc. And nothing about any side effects, after care, etc. I don't know if something happened and it was a fluke or if it is the standard business... But It was an ok experience.

When I first walked in I noticed the serene feeling. Robyn offered me water while I waited for my appointment time(just a few minutes.) It was very relaxing the whole time I was there. I purchased a a gift card for a girl friends Birthday. I also am recommending Faceworks to my daughter and sister or anyone else that needs pampering.

It turned out beautifully and I am thrilled with the results! Lovely, tranquil setting. Highly skilled, pleasant technician. I will definitely be returning when it's time for a redo.
