Allison who performed the offered service was very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was very welcoming and prompt with their service and offering beverages. I would definitely plan on returning to Hot Locks.

I got a Brazilian wax and was very nervous. I had done some research and talked to several people about it who all told me that I was crazy and shouldn't get it because the pain was awful. I went to Hot Locks and the wax wasn't bad at ALL! I mean there were some more tender spots but they were very quick and made the atmosphere very professional. I will definitely go again!!
