My technician was great and did a good job explaining it all to me. He was efficient and timely: I was expected to have him arrive between 3 and 5 and he was there by 4:00 and done by 5:00.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Had furnace looked at and he took pictures to show me what was going on. So glad they came out, had my furnace cleaned real well and pictures were taken after too. Have 3year warranty, they come every 6months check everything out and will spray "fog" into furnace to kill all germs and allergy stuff in the ducts.

Only reason I would refer them is because they are so friendly. Otherwise, they were over 30 mins late, forgot a vent and had to go back, forgot their brushes under the house and had to come back after they left. They did repair a couple items that they found wrong with the house, which was nice. Makes me wonder if they were off their game or if I was first for the day and they hadn't fully woken. I'd give them another shot tho in the future.

My first appointment was a no call/no show. The second appointment was great. The staff was very friendly and polite. They found toxic mold in our duct and cleaned the ducts and furnace as well as installing a UV light to prevent the mold from coming back. He called the office right away to negotiate a deal and work out a payment plan for the unexpected expenses. Overall great service!
