It would be better if you answered the phone when somebody called instead of e-mail or texting.
Keep up the good work Cheryl! You did a splendid job decorating the Shop! Service is excellent - I'm glad I met you!

Need to stay on schedule; schedule appointments talking on the phone, not text
Punctuality is vital to overall customer satisfaction.
Hire a receptionist to set appointments. Having to send a text message to get an appointment is very unprofessional in my opinion. I did not receive a response to the first couple of texts that I sent. Nor did I receive a call back when I left voicemails. However, the owner was nice and friendly.
Nothing special. Owner said she was running 20 min behind, actually was an hour. Not a real manicure, she just put some polish on my fingernails which started chipping the next day. Owner ran around the whole time I was there doing other things. And then at the end she asked for a tip. Not the experience I was looking for, would not go back or recommend.
I wasn't thrilled with my services. The manicure was very quick. I blinked & it was over. There was no hand massage or lotion applied after the manicure & my hands & cuticles were very dry after I left. The pedicure was just ok..
The place was a bit disorganized. Our appointment was hard to obtain (waiting on call backs, and the site directed to had multiple accounts and i booked with the wrong one), the place was 30 minutes behind when we got there and it was even more so behind by the time we left. Also, I was given a list of colors to choose from, but when I showed the color I selected I was told "we don't really carry these colors. It is just to get an idea and we will find something close to it from what we have." I would prefer to choose from a selection that is available. I was also nicked on my hands and feet.
The owner was nice but the pedicure was poor and I actually had to go get my nails repainted at another salon when I left because there was paint on my skin and she had missed spots. She also cut my toe when she clipped my toe nails and this had me very concerned. Also she did not clean the liner she used for pedicures in between only dumped the water out and refilled it.
Sheryl was kind of rude. I didn't like that she asked for a tip. I was going to give her one, but then she asked. It took forever to get my toes and fingernails done. The salon was hard to find and I had to schedule two months in advance. The manicure was a little rough and there was no massage. The pedicure was definitely nicer.
